Can only comment on UK products that have the facility to use apps and myhumax.net – the answers is no I’m afraid.
Of course, as you have commented, you could use the padding settings on the unit.

Try disconnecting power to unit for a few seconds.
This problem gets reported from time to time.

Try switching off unit for a minute or two and try again.
Failing that try selecting a programme from eg BBC1 HD in the backwards looking guide and see if that plays ok.

ModeratorI continued trying for another dozen or so videos yesterday.
The timing of when you press OK appears to be critical, as I did witness the error on a couple of occasions, but trying the same video again it worked.
However there is a problem so have highlighted this thread to Humax Towers.

Strange that you have had same issue on 2 units.
I would still go ahead and upload version 1.02.13, then factory reset and see if that improves matters, failing that exchange again would appear to be your only option.

Highlight a recording folder, press +, sort is the last option, maybe Sort A-Z or Sort by Time depending how list has previously been sorted…

Try pressing OK after the YouTube splash screen has disappeared, works for me on a couple of tests.
