When I try to use On Demand, I get the network connection check and can see my Humax connected correctly to my router by Wi-Fi and internet but where I would expect to get the various iPlayers displayed all I get is greyed out boxes saying Humax APs
Any help or advice regarding this would be much appreciated.
Just checked and working for me so probably not a server issue.
Try switching off unit for a minute or two and try again.
Failing that try selecting a programme from eg BBC1 HD in the backwards looking guide and see if that plays ok.
Many thanks for your reply Barry. This is not a recent problem but goes back a couple of weeks.
Humax has been re-booted several times.
Not familiar with backwards looking guide??
