    Hi

    I have just discovered that on my new laptop, the recordings on my FVP 4000T box appear as files on it too. It has automatically started playing them through Windows Media Player. I can hear the sound but not see the pictures. Do I need to do anything to Media Player or install a specific player.

    Probably a codec related issue with WMP

    Try VLC media player see if that is any better.
