    I can replicate casting to HDR 1000S/1010S, have alerted Humax Towers to the problem.

    Edit: Only tried casting from and android mobile.

    Further Edit: Acknowledged by Humax Towers, cause under investigation.

    Cannot remember the last time either of my units randomly rebooted.

    I would try a factory reset.

    Planet knowledge is a free service as far as I am aware. Certainly all the programmes I tested yesterday on a FVP 4000T were.

    BT showcase is a promotional channel for BT sport. They do show free programmes now and again, Champions League and Europa League Football finals were shown free to air I believe. it is only available in HD on channel 115 carried on Com 8 mux so not available to all.

    No Idea…perhaps coding has been incorrect in the past, or as Graham suggests the running status changes have not been transmitted.

    Have set a series timer on a HB 1100S to monitor.

    That is all that should be in circulation, problematic ones were removed from the supply chain according to info I received from Humax Towers

    Do you have remote record enabled?

    If not…

    The default setting is unit should go into standby after 4 hours if no user interaction with it.
