Box is fine, but there’s no life in the remote – completely dead. Have changed the batteries and tried resetting it by holding down “0” and “OK” for 30 seconds – nothing! Any ideas?

Thanks for your suggestion. Have tried pointing it at an iPhone and pressing all the buttons, but no response at all – completely dead. It was fine a few hours ago!
