Manual tune option:
Channel – 35
Frequency – ignore
Transmission – DVB-T2
Bandwidth – ignore
Network Search – off
You should see an indication of the received signal Strength and Quality displayed,
Then just a matter of highlighting Search and OK.

ModeratorIts the same via itv hub on freesat units – will check with Humax Towers.

I believe the case is similar to the FVP 4000T so see the links in this FAQ they might help.
Barry
ModeratorYou could always email them of course…although I suspect after a bank holiday there maybe a backlog…

A small number of units sold – less than 1% have suffered the ‘HDD not recognised issue’ this is due to a component failure on the mainboard.
The fix is to contact Humax Support as the freesat article suggests.
In warranty units will be replaced FOC, out of warranty units can be exchanged for £55.00…..note not advisable to tell support that the unit has been opened.

ModeratorUnfortunately there is no way to get around the internet issue, it has to connect to users network for the set up to continue….ridiculous I know ❗
I have raised this with the Managers at Humax Towers, because I think owners/prospective owners who spend their hard earned cash buying a retail product should not be hindered in this way, but they (Humax) have no control over what YouView decide re software..
Barry
ModeratorWell blow me you are right…. 😳
Methinks it must just be to delete the programme from the recent list accessed via home and in the timers list.

ModeratorOP – welcome to our Forum

I agree, nothing to do with latest software.
You can also delete from the recent tab
Home (or FP button depending on which remote in use)
Down – recent should be highlighted
OK
Highlight programme to be deleted
+ and OK to confirm.
Barry
ModeratorThis FAQ explains the remote coding.
If unit still in warranty contact Humax Support, they may decide to send you a new remote.
