    Add HB 1100S to your registered account using the reg code from HB 1100S portal.

    However not sure all is working correctly at the moment as no apps are displayed in my account when I check the HB 1100S.

    Expired timers most certainly did auto delete when I tested this recently.

    I take it you mean HB1100S

    See This FAQ for HDD I tested on a HB1000S, I have no reason to doubt same results for the 1100S.

    The latest version has not been broadcast OTA.

    Instead of tapping, press and hold the channel down button on the front of the unit then apply power to it – FAQ on how to update software.

    For info, recordings are not deleted during a factory reset unless you change the default option and also format HDD.

    Schedules and any using settings you may have changed would be reset.
