Nope…I use WD passport drives on 4000 and 5000T for archiving and playback.

1. EPG is populated over the air and ‘extended info’ via IP.

2. To view a channel at top of EPG listing just input channel number via remote.

Using the ‘Smart Retune’ option should preserve your Favourites and restore missing channels.

Can you switch unit on by touching the power button on front of unit?

Other things to try:

1. New remote batteries.

2. Take batteries out of remote, press OK and 0 (zero) for 30 seconds, reinsert batteries and try again.

3. Check/Change the remote code see this FAQ

Unfortunately forum software not that good for moving posts, it would take to much time so sort now, so will have to remain as is.
