ModeratorWelcome to the Forum

I see you are already active in the Foxsat HDR section.

ModeratorNot much help to you Graham, but my unit set up with test timers recorded it OK, but it was in standby throughout.

ModeratorWelcome to the Forum

With the exception of horror+1, Russia Today, and a few of the shopping channels I have a full EPG.
Are you receiving updates to the guide, ie ‘Receiving programme information’ is displayed top right hand side for 30 seconds or so?

Not sure if this is still a problem but the 9200T had problems handling very large number of recordings – there is a limit – I forget the number now. I mention this because once you’ve upgraded the disk, it will hold more recordings and will come across this limit at some stage.
I’ve been using a 250GB non-ACE drive in my 9200T for years now without problems. You might want to do the same – I would not recommend going over 320GB for the reason above.

511 was the limit on recordings if you remember the test I did in one of our other places…..Jan 2008 eek!
Try 512 and you get the pop up message:
‘The number of recorded programmes exceeds the limit’

ModeratorSister has just informed me that Eastenders was shown on BBC2/BBCHD – and having checked (not being a soaps fan meself) noticed that indeed, The One Show, Eastenders, and Question of Sport were shown on BBC2/BBCHD
Barry
ModeratorUnfortunately I connected straight to the HD T2, but according to the spec sheets both would have been NTFS, and both were recognised as soon as plugged in.
