The programme listings are 100% for today. 50% for tomorrow -petering out the day after.

    Welcome to the Forum :-)

With the exception of horror+1, Russia Today, and a few of the shopping channels I have a full EPG.

Are you receiving updates to the guide, ie ‘Receiving programme information’ is displayed top right hand side for 30 seconds or so?

I get the message – but only for a couple of seconds. Just looked at the programme info more carefully. It is now Weds at 8.20pm and the EPG extends to Thursday 0415am.

Not sure how relevant, when prompted to re-tune, I select Ok but it does not upload any channels. I also get an intermittent LNB short message, which displays briefly before the normal picture resumes.

Tune to channel 999, press info. Look at the bottom right of the info bar at the signal strength and quality bar charts. Approx how much of the bar chart is coloured, and how much is green compared to the red and yellow sections ?

If the whole bar is 100% – I’d estimate that 35% of it is red, 35% yellow, 10% green.

    Is that both bars ?

You can get a figure for both tuners with actual percentage figures (quality is the important one)

Again tune to 999. Choose menu/system diagnostics. Post the signal strength and quality displayed at the bottom of the screen.

Strength and Quality both 80% on both tuners.

That should be OK, I was wondering if you had problems with the Freesat home transponder. Is your epg still not fully populated after a night in sby ?
