The DTR T1010 is a YouView unit.
There are no adjustments for aspect ratio setting on this unit, so you need to check your TV settings.

I do not have this box currently connected up, but will set it up if no one else can help, however, in the meantime….
If I remember correctly holding down the AD button whilst pressing volume switches temporarily to controlling the 2110 vol rather then TV.
This might not help OP but my experience with a Foxsat HDR link to TV via a no name cheapo auto HDMI 5 port switch.
The Foxsat does not power up the HDMI switch nor change input unless I fire up another device on the switch first, in my case a Humax HB 1000S, it then performs OK.
If the OP is considering changing the Foxsat HD for another then the HB 1000S might a solution, and available from Humax Direct as a managers special (refurb) for £69 plus p&p, add an external HDD and you have a single tuner recorder

I’ve already mentioned in post #2 that Humax are aware and engineers are investigating.
As for itv player and 4OD – never promised and never going to appear on this unit I suspect.

It would help if you could tell us which unit you are having this problem with.
When you get the ‘enter maintenance mode y/n prompt you should be pressing/touching the power button to confirm not the central button.

As per Humax UK terrestrial products I would guess that you can only record from inbuilt tuners not external input.
My HDR 1800T and 2000T were actually recording when I checked, pop up dismissed by highlighting later, timers recorded without issue.
Have just checked subsequent timers – dismissing pop up highlighting later and they have recorded without issue.
Changes now taken place in my region YMMV
Retune of HD T2 – Old LCN’s remain in place with message in guide re new channel number.
YouView – updated listings automatically.
