1. Please confirm software version now.
2. Is there an stb button on the remote if so does this flash when you press any buttons.
3. You could try changing the remote code, see if that helps, instructions in our FAQ’s
4. Failing that contact either retailer or Humax support for replacement remote if unit in warranty.
Whilst checking 2000T got to 7/10 of most popular today and invalid file format error message again, same on HDR T2.
Even stranger – The 2000T I used is no longer registered, and the 1800T I also used as a confidence check has never been registered on myhumax app site.

Hi. I’ve got an HDR-1000s connected to the router through ethernet. I can get iplayer and itvplayer through channels 901 and 903 respectively as well as showtime. However, like others I’m unable to get On Demand.
The firmware version is UKSFAA 2.02.07 and was updated on 4 Nov. I can’t say if the On Demand service stopped at the same time as I’m sure the kids managed to use it a couple of weeks ago. But if this firmware upgrade is the culprit? Is it possible to downgrade to a previous version?

Rarely use it as unreliable, and always has been.
It is dependant on broadcaster annotating the correct genre to the programme description – for example check C5 today/tomorrow, a lot of the films have entertainment or drama annotated as genre, useless if search term is movie.
Which channels are available to watch when recording 2 others depends on multiplexes being recorded.
Tip – use the list button/function, channels unavailable to watch will be ‘greyed out’
Appears to be working again on a HDR T2, have not checked 1800 or 2000T as yet.
Edit: 1800 and 2000T appear to be ok as well – caveat, only tried a few ‘most popular’ streams.

Software version is the latest
Strange you only have 2 in the 800’s normally more then that, however it might be wise to try a manual tune see this post for an explanation on the HDR T2 but it is relevant to your model as well:

1. What software version does the unit have.
2. Do you have any channels listed in the 800 range, this is indicative of being tuned to more then one transmitter, and may necessitate you having to manually tune.
Dependant on reply, myself or other members may be able to help further.
Umm strange – Have just completed streaming portions of 6 different programmes from iplayer front page no issue (did the same on a 1800T as well)
Anyone else having problems?
