ModeratorQuote:they’ve put too many virtual sites on one server as far as infrastructure goes.Hit the nail on the head, move of hosting is on the cards so bare with us, and thank you for your support.

ModeratorApologises.
We are aware, and have been looking into it.
Our hosts are blaming the popularity of the site ie load on server. Whilst we agree the site is popular we do not agree with that being the cause, so bare with us why we try and find a solution – may entail a move of hosts.

ModeratorNo rf cable in the box my unit came in.
To enable loop thru…
YouView button
Settings
Device Management
RF Loop Thru’ option set to on
This of course dependant on a rf cable (patch lead)from YV unit to TV.

ModeratorConfirmed with Humax Towers this am.
Picture on Humax Direct is wrong.
RM-108 is definitely the number for remote that can control tv.
and for info RM-102, and RM-106 (white) cannot.

ModeratorI once had a problem with remote response to sky+, TV, Humax kit as well as Panasonic…..turned out to be the wireless router I was using in the same room. I moved the router a few inches and hey presto all kit now responding.

You wouldn’t per chance have a wireless modem/router in the vicinity of the unit? – if so try moving it away.
