Any news from Humax Barry, assuming you are in regular contact with them? Must say I’m really disappointed in them, letting customers down simply by not even making mention of this on their news feeds so customers can be reassured.
Always In regular contact with Humax Towers, they are still trying to identify the cause.
Whilst not disputing some of you are having issues, again yesterday 3 units on all day and no ‘lockouts’

Humax are fully aware of the issue and trying to identify the cause, not an easy task when the ‘lock outs’ are infrequent – they have not washed their hands of the problem,

Moderator1.01.10 is only needed if you are using the new 300Mbps dongle, it is of no significance to others.

Martin quicker then I….humax support can also provide of course.

Moderator1. There was no update last time to ‘fix’ the problem.
2. Whatever is causing this is not of Humax making.
3. I alerted Humax Towers as soon as reports surfaced again.
4. What shabby performance, they have not caused the issue, something external to the Humax kit is causing it, and not everyone appears to be affected – since the reports resurfaced I have been monitoring 3 units, none of which have failed to respond to the remote yet.

I too have 1.01.06 and the wifi dongle. But wifi is greyed out. Is there any chance of a link for software upgrade.
