I use the S/AD button occasionally if I am finding dialogue hard to follow.
If you requires them to be on permanently you can set this via:
FreeviwPlay
Settings
Channels & Broadcast
Scroll down to Subtitles and enable.

Page 28 of the instructions suggests some changes can be made via the green button.
That must be a mistake as there is no green button option on scheduled timers list.
Aura does not have edit function.
Options:
1. Use padding for all timers
2. Set a manual timer for each time the programme is scheduled.

As you are receiving channes in the 5000 range I assume unit is in non freesat mode.
Try a factory reset….for postcode only the first part is required so try TW8

Sad news. The Forum owner and administrators send condolences to the family and friends of Graham.
Graham was a founding member of this Forum. A prolific poster, his expertise/knowledge helped hundreds of members – he will be sorely missed.
No Problem with iplayer for me.
Watched 2 episodes of Vigil, yesterday/today, and used extensively during the One Hundred Cricket series.
