Does anyone know how long the server will be down for? It’s difficult that no-one can login to their Humax account via any device online or via the app. Unfortunately humax customer service aren’t replying, & us mere mortals don’t have contact with senior humax employees as Barry & Bella do.
I have asked Humax Towers.

ModeratorOn the rare occasion I have witnessed this, restarting apps usually fixes the issue.
Freeview play button.
Scroll to power icon at top of page.
Select restart apps from drop down menu.

Just awaiting some clarification and further details from Humax Towers before I put a call out for approx 10 users who would like to test.

When there is more definitive news on the update I will post it. Until then this thread closed.
