Hi all, i am a newbiie to this forum and i own 2 freesat boxs and have just got a youview 1000. it worked fine untill my wife turned the system off at the plug, now it will not boot past nearly ready screen. have tried all the humax reset progs; but none work. help please if you know a fix for this problem.

Unfortunately the symptoms as described are usually unrecoverable.
Suggest you contact supplier for refund/exchange.
hi barry, thanks for that. it was not what i wanted to hear but after going thro’ all other fixes i will have to buy another as this came from ebay and i don’t hold much hope of a refund.
