Have you got 1.0.16 firmware or have you installed the beta upgrade ? There are reports of some wierd failures of the Chase in other forums.

Wen’t peculiar on my HDR-1000s (1.0.22) Thursday and Friday only recording last 30 minutes each day.
I have set a new series reservation starting monday on
HDR-1000s, Foxsat-hdr and HDR FOX T2 will see what happens tommorow.
Yes, we’ve noticed the weirdness of The Chase. Until the last day or so, as mentioned, we were only getting the last 30 minutes recorded. Nothing else planned/recording around it.
Yesterday’s (I believe) recorded normally. We were also getting a couple of ‘failed’ messages in the recordings list too (even though it had recorded 30 mins).
Think we cancelled the series link and re-set it up.
The Chase has recorded normally so far on all 3 boxes. Note the weekend celebrity show isn’t part of the series this week for some reason.
I cancelled the series recording and reset it all appears to be OK now.
