A really strange situation today. I look after two Aura units for relatives. Overnight, both had lost the saved wifi passwords and also failed to output on their hdmi output. They are in different towns and required a full reset and the wifi password entering again. Even then, it took a while for each of the units to settle and accept commands.
Anyone else experiencing problems like this?
I did check to see if any updates had been done but, as far as I can see, no.

Finally got to the bottom of this. Both installations are connected to the Internet by a BT Broadband account. BT did an update to the modem firmware overnight which somehow changed the settings. After discussion with BT, they admit to causing the problem with flaky firmware. While I was on the phone with them, they sent the correct updates and, entering the passwords again and power cycling the Aura units sorted the problem.
