InactiveI see that this irritating prompt has reappeared while watching BBC1 SD live. It disappeared quite a while ago, but it is back.

I also find it mildly irritating but there have been complaints from some users about its absence.

I can’t imagine why. I understand it about the green button prompt, but not this one.

Press pause for a second or so to get rid.
Having a new 4K TV there’s no way I am going to use a SD source when a HD one is available. So i have no opinion either way.

InactiveIt came back around 4ish today. I’m hoping it’s a sign that the BBC are getting round to fixing the iPlayer issues in the near future.

Yes, I am aware of pausing, in fact I suspect I may have been the one who highlighted that when the subject first came up.
I don’t have a high end TV, so SD or HD doesn’t matter to me.
The main time I use BBC1 SD is for the news when the regional news is unavailable on the HD version.

But I can live with it. I don’t think is a Humax issue anyway – but I don’t understand what gets included in the video stream to cause the Humax to change channel. Does anyone know?
