    Hi

    Had the record box for a year now.

    two issues.

    1 the volume is lower than the TV.

    can it be set up so that the volume matches the TV.

    instead of having to use both remotes.

    Yes. most HD channels use a different coding for HD channels which are passed to the Sound system or TV directly encoded with the picture.

    Change the HDR-1100S audio setting from Multi-channel to Stereo and you will have the same volume on all channels. Simply raise it to match your TV.
