    I have a USB drive attached to my Humax and the drive has crashed. The drive is used to backup my videos. The drive is formatted as NTFS and is new (Sept 15).

    Has anyone had to recover data from a NTFS USB drive and how did you do it?

    Also, the drive has always been attached to the Humax – so could the Humax have done this and what could be the problem.

    Could you explain what you mean by crashed?
