My HDR 2000T was stuck on radio channel, remote control was working in terms of battery power but unit totally unresponsive and turning off at socket didn’t resolve problem.

Read the Forum and hey presto – the suggestion to take the batteries out and drain the remote control worked a treat – doesn’t seem logical but who cares! I’d been trying to sort for several hours so just relieved.

Can’t thank the Forum enough – thank you to all who take the time to help less Techy people like me to get on with our lives and save some money as well.
