Hello can anyone help please?
Up until 3 days ago my humax hb-1100s worked perfectly.
It now has decided to not be able to connect… I don’t know why. I have tried resets and ‘on and off’ of the box and the plusnet router. Why is this happening? The Internet works everywhere else in my house…
I have also checked all connections and even added a new ethernet cable incase that was the problem…
Any solutions please?

Have you tried Wi-Fi, and changing the Wi-Fi network?
