I bought a HDR 2000T 2 weeks ago. I find that I am unable to switch the TV on whilst a programme is recording. When a programme is recording I get a red light on the front of the box. When this is showing I cannot switch the TV on, I just get a blank blue screen with a programme indicator in the top right hand corner. When the recording is finished it will only allow me to access the TV by switching off/on at the mains. Humax customer service told me to reset to factory settings. I did this but after a few days away I have returned to find that it is still happening even after I have resetit
