When I first installed my Humax HB1100s, the TV portal worked.
Now when I try it, the TV screen goes black and the Humax box freezes. The only way out is to switch it off and on again.
Any ideas?

False alarm, almost.
The network cable turned out to be unplugged.
Still, I do think the box should have put a message on screen, something like “you need a network connection to do this”
