Hello,
I have the following problem with the TV Guide on my FVP 5000T box find that the guide will load up but the guide only shows half the day say to 1900 then all the guide says no programme information available. Leave the box on for 10 mins this does not fix the problem.
Any help would be appreciated

Switch to BBC1 and within a couple of minutes your epg should be complete.
Hi, I had exactly the same problem and Humax Support had no idea what to do other than reset to default or take in for repair! I was pulling my hair out wondering what to do and the I came across the solution on here by Member SSThing and it is now working beautifully so Thankyou so much for that!
