If I am watching a programme I am recording from the beginning but is still recording and at some point my box starts to record one or two other programs the picture of the one I’m watching starts to break up. If I look at the tuners I note that the signal quality/strength has reduced from around 80/100% down to around 60/80% on one of the tuners, presumably the one I’m watching. Why is that and can I do anything about it, other than stop watching the programme until the others have stopped recording.
Please don’t answer questions asked on the Forum via Private Message. I understand the box is an FVP-5000T. My first thought is to check whether the HDMI lead connecting to the TV is well separated from the aerial leads.
They are quite close together so I will sort that out and see if there is any improvement. Cheers
