we have a hdr t2,we are having trouble launching tv portal.we are using bt home hub,we are showing we are connected but when press tv portal button get launch error. we seem to be lacking gateway address and dns address we would appreciate any help regards russell cridland
You are set to aquire aIP ddress by DHCP?
Try disconecting hrd t2 from the mains for about 60sec than reconnect and let reboot. If This dose not cure try a reset ( using the reset button NOT a factory reset) of your of bt home hub.
