My 1100s is showing this channel has been scrambled label directly over the programme description. Is there any way to remove it as it’s very annoying. Have turned on/off etc but is still there.

Give us a clue. What channel?
Where are you seeing this, while watching a channel? or perhaps looking at the EPG where on a part-time channel?
If the latter change to a transmitting channel first.
What channel are you on and are you in freesat mode? (Think you must be to see programme info)
Just on the epg. It just covers the channel info.

Just an update to let all know.
The annoying label has since disappeared. I have no idea how. Just glad it’s gone.
