Ever since I’ve had the Aura it has had a switching issue.
When switching from standard def to high def broadcasting via the EPG it either has a picture but no sound, or no sound or picture.
The only way to sort this is by going into standby and switching it back on. After repeating this process a few times it synchronises correctly.
This is starting to get really annoying now.

You are not looking in the correct place, you should be looking in
Settings > Freeview Play Preference > System Information
