    Apologies if this has been covered before; If I switch to STB mode then back to ‘normal’ freesat, all my planned recordings in freesat get wiped. Have repeated the scenario a few times, even reset to factory default, and results are always the same. Is this a known issue / intentional? Do I have a rogue box? Many thanks.

    It is a known issue (although it does not seem to be listed in the FAQ section). You do not have a rogue box.
