    Hi,

    My Freesat HD box works fine.

    However… if I use the “pause” or “record” function I get subtitles?

    If I press the “sub” button during playback, I get the messsge “Not available in time shift mode”

    Does anyone know why subtitles kick in, when not selected?

    Press exit twice gets rid. Also try turning subs on any channel effected and then turn them off again.
