fvp-5000t. Hard to convince myself of this but we seem to have lost the ability to record subtitles on all c4 channels including Film 4. All other channels with subtitles appear to be fine. Any one have any ideas?
C4 (and its associated channels) have problems since the fire at the studios a few weeks ago.

Thank you Luke I hadn’t seen that. English is second language for my wife and she struggles with accents. I must admit I struggle too nowadays with some very poor diction.
