I am having problems when pressing SUB button on remote control the unit displays “subtitle:english” but titles do not appear. This happens particularly on Channel 3. Also EPG seems to be lacking programme information on programmes on other channels other than the one tuned to.Has any body got any ideas what problem might be. Another problem the unit is tuned to BBC northwest but scheduled programmes change to BBC wales.

Change in schedule programmes and your EPG population comment would appear to indicate you are tuned to more then one transmitter.
