Sorry if this has been asked elsewhere, but a quick search didn’t show anything.
My Foxsat HD PVR has any annoying habit of, if you are watching a TV channel that is transmitting subtitles and if you need to go back from the live broadcast and watch something previously auto recoded on the same channel i.e. nip back a few minutes of video because you dozed off! It automatically puts Subtitles on the screen. Pressing OK twice on the remote removes them.
Subtitles are not ‘On’ or selected on the PVR.
Any ideas why this is happening and can it be prevented?

High welcome to the forum. Try turning on subtitles and then off again on the affected channels worked for me. This usually fixes the problem unless you have used customise channels. For some reason for channels moved by customise channels the fix doesn’t work. Turning them on and off again from the preferences menu is also said to work.
