Day three of new 110S box and this morning suddenly it is stuck in stand by with the red light showing. I have checked all the connections, unplugged it and disconnected it and reconnected as another post suggested but still no joy. I have tried pressing 0 when I press the standby button but makes no difference. Any suggestions please?
Welcome to the forum.
If you have a remote with STB and TV buttons press the STB button.
If it is not that then try disabling HDMI-CEC on your TV. For brand names for this refer the FAQ’s.
You can also try the buttons on the unit.
