Hi,

I have a strange issue trying to stream photos from a Synology NAS to the HDR-1000S. Movies are fine, as are some photos, but although I can see the subfolders (normally organised by date on the drive) when I choose a photo to view all I get is a ‘rotating’ wait symbol in the middle of the screen and nothing happens. Other photos, in different folders, will go straight to ‘Slideshow’ and display just fine. All photos are .jpg format. The only difference is that some photos are only one level down in one folder whereas others, as above, are grouped by subfolder. These photos all displayed fine on my HDR-FOXT2 and still do on my network attached Sony Bravia LED TV.

I’ve had thoughts about filename, folder nesting etc etc.. but so far what I’ve tried hasn’t worked.

Any ideas? Happy to try different things so fire away…
