Does anyone know a good source for obtaining spare parts? One of my HDR-Foxes has a fault which I have traced to the switches in the front panel. I will contact Humax next week, but when I had a problem with a HD-Fox in the past, they were not particularly helpful: they had no stock of part I needed, so could not supply, but could repair the item (I didn’t ask how they would get the part to repair it with!) for about the same cost as buying a graded box (which were available at the time). I have seen faulty units on sale on eBay, which could be cannibalised for parts, but there is no guarantee of quality, and these days even faulty ones don’t come cheap. If anyone could suggest an alternative, I would be grateful.
