Sometimes but not often, my unit looses sound completely when I switch it on each day. Maybe once a fortnight or so. Today, my electric meter ran out and once I had rebooted the sound was off again.

I tried changing the connections at the back but nothing seemed to work.

Had to unplug from the mains and reboot and finally it works. Has been fine all day now.

It is connected via scart lead to sound and vision leads at side of TV because I am using the

HDMI for my roku box.

Any idea why this happens it used to do it when it was connected via the HDMI as well.
