Installed my new HB 1000s (refurb from Humax) today and works ok, except I don’t have the Netflix app.
Thought I would update my software (appears to be 2.0.29) but box says there are no updates available, which can’t be right, surely?
Any ideas to help a newbie?

Thanks Graham for your reply.
Firstly, can I correct my original email and say my software appears to be 2.02.09 dated November 2014.
Secondly, I understand I won’t get Netflix if I have not received the roll out upgrade, however, I would have thought there were other upgrades between 2.02.09 and 3.00.20 which I should receive?
Does this mean I won’t get the new upgrade either?

You will get the update eventually by IP when 3.00.20 is on general release.
