Since the retune of HD channels (from channel 1000+ to 101 etc), my humax is still referring to the old HD channel numbers in lots of areas.
The two most annoying are the “press ok to watch in HD” prompt, and also the choice of SD or HD when you record. Both times, the box sends you to the old channels (1030 etc).
Is there anyway of refreshing the box to use these new channels in its shortcuts? I’ve tried retuning again, but to no avail.
The old HD channels were 50 51 etc. You must be getting signals from more than 1 transmitter (Channel numbers over 800). You need to manually retune your box to whichever transmitter you should be using.
