    Hi I am new How do I download load the apps please

    You will need to fist register at myhumax.net.

    Once you are registered then open the TVPortal on your HDR, use your remote’s navigation keys to highlight “Reg. Ccde”, then tap the “OK” on your remote. This will give you a 6 digit code to enter into your myhumax.net account. When you have done that you will be able to browse on your HDR via the TVPortal and selecting “App Market”.

    There aren’t many apps available.

    Page 41 of the manual explains how to do this.

    I am fairly sure that I read that BBC iPlayer is the only app available and it is pre-installed.
