For a few days now both the App and my Aura TV Guides show no channels 2 (BBC 2), 3 (Meridian ITV), 4 (Channel 4), 5 (Channel 5) and 9 (BBC 4) although the Aura will tune to any of the missing channels when asked – any idea what is going on?
What is the highest channel number you have in your guide using the box connected to your TV ?
You at least appear to have lost all the main PSB-3 HD channels found on every UK Freeview transmiiter
101 BBC1-HD
102 BBC2-HD
103 ITV-HD
104 CH4-HD
105 CH5-HD
Wherever you are the above should be viewable and recordable.
Suggests a issue with your location finding more than one transmitter on a auto tune.
All the HD channels are listed. The Aura will tune to the missing channels when the correct remote button is pressed. It is just the guide that is missing.
733 is the highest channel available. The missing channels are not present even under a different number.
Which transmitter are you tuned to ?
Have you set a group favourites group and selected it using the red button ?
The full guide data is carried on every Mux so if you watch one of the HD channels for 15 mins it should get the full epg data for every channel.
You’ve not mistakenly filtered your EPG have you?

I’ve just watched the Rugby on ITV HD from Rowridge. All above channels still missing from EPG
Just retuned the Aura with no aerial lead in to clear channel storage then retuned with aerial in and still the channels are missing – it is strange that the Aura cantune to the missing cnannels but the EPG can’t see them.
Found it!
Aura/Settings/Edit channel list. Loads in there were skipped – don’t know why – restored what I want and all now OK.

I checked the filter using the blue button on the EPG page and set it to clear. This was the settings page which I hadn’t seen before tonight.
Someone else in the house had though!

Then you must have a ghost. 😯
To be honest the channels may have been missing since rceipt of the Aura as I only ever use the HD versions of the channels that were missing so never looked for the missing SD equivalents.
