Hi last year we had a Samsung TV and humax box. They talked to each other OK.
Late last year we purchased a new Samsung TV, earlier this year we purchased a new humax box.
They appear not to like each other. We set it up to record either by going on the tv guide or the app. Check later and it hasn’t recorded, anyone any idea why.

That isn’t a Humax box.
No it’s not. Sorry. OH has just informed me it’s a freesat box. I’ll get my coat, hang my head in shame, and leave.
