Sometime ago I did a trial of a humax youview box . I found there was a conflict between the remotes. I was told to hold down 0 and OK for 8 seconds and reply 2 to change the frequency on my HDR-Fox T” box. this cured the problem. However I have had to buy a replacement remote which does not work because the frequency has been changed from 1 to 2. There is still some life in the old remote but it will not respond to 0 and OK being held down. Has anybody got an idea how I can get round this please.
You need to change the code on the remote, the unit does not have to be anywhere near on even on.
Juat carry out the procedure to change the code to 2, when the PVR light on the remote flashes 3 times press OK – remote has then been re-programmed.
