Hi, I’ve just put my freesat box on and the remote control won’t change anything from my settee, this has just happened today, I’ve changed the batteries but nothing….if I put the remote next to the freesat box…no bother, but from distance, nothing… Any help with this one??
If you open the front flap and locate the round window. Gently scrape off the lacquer coating to reveal a clear window this is known to improve IR range.
Remove the remote batteries and press the power button for a few minutes to reset the remote. Replace the batteries and try again. Do you have any other Humax kit ?
