    I am considering the purchase of a DTR 1010 to replace my old PVR 9200. However, the 9200 is still functioning well and would still be a good companion to the new DTR. But, will the two remotes conflict with each other, and is there a solution?

    Secondly, I intend to connect the DTR to adjacent TV via HDMI, and also output via SCART to an existing co-ax house distribution system via a SCART to UHF converter. Will this work OK (accepting that quality will be akin to the old PVR output}?

    Remotes will be ok, no conflict.

    I believe in later version of firmware Youview/Humax fixed the issue whereby you could not view HDMI and Scart at same time, so your plans for second TV should be OK.
