Remote buttons flash not blue but red but nothing happens on the box? Tried reset buttons but tv list thumbnails comes up?
Your post makes no sense, please give more details.
When you press the remote buttons they still flash red but can’t control the box cant switch off etc – the buttons on the box work
this remote works via ir and bluetooth.
try pointing at the box when you press a button,(ir).
It may be that the remote is not paired.
I just went through the same thing
