On my Fox T2 HDR, when watching the BBC HD channels, there is no “Red button” in the top right corner of the screen and pressing the red button on the remote does nothing. My TV is a Panasonic G10, which receives both terrestrial and satellite signals. When I’m watching the BBC HD channels on the TV (only available via satellite) the red button is available. My question is, is the Red button not available on the terrestrial BBC HD channels or is this a Humax issue?

No red button services available here on BBC HD channels thru Freeview HD TV so do not think it is a Humax issue.

Thank you for your reply. Having read my post again, I’ve spotted the typo at the end. I meant to say – is the red button only available on Freeview!
